Using previous experience gained during USCIS EIS Fair Opportunity development and acquisition strategy support, the ViaTrie team will provide solicitation support through Q&A and proposal evaluation periods. This support includes updating telecom inventories, supporting USCIS to answer bidding vendor queries, providing conformance and compliance support, as well as facilitating any modifications or additional documentation needed throughout the acquisition lifecycle.  ViaTrie, as an industry member volunteer, participated in the 2021 PSC (Professional Services Council) Vision Federal Market Forecast review process to support the assessment of the budgets, program, priorities and issues in the GOVCON market.  We are so impressed- this group really understands defense, civilian, and federal information technology markets. Our team is providing overall support in the identification and management of project initiatives and schedules; identifying and implementing desired process improvements; revising and creating documentation; and providing validation support before, during, and after formal audits.  Specific tasks include providing overall guidance on the development and/or improvement of corporate policies and procedures and supporting efforts to achieve desired ISO certifications.   

The ViaTrie team provides GSA and its agency customers expertise in both with legacy telecommunications contract and new EIS contract lifecycle management services in the Network Hosting Center/ Enterprise Operations System environment. We established current business process and IT system data flows and are using these artifacts to guide O&M activities, automation, data management, and additional functionality. The ViaTrie team is working to analyze and track telecommunications program progress and spend across the federal government, for both legacy and new EIS contracts. We recently collaborated with industry and government executives to provide SME support to an ATARC SCRM Working Group whitepaper that ultimately produced an analysis and standards crosswalk of ISO 20243 and NIST SCRM guidance. The intent was to investigate how well, and to what extent, ISO 20243 standards for SCRM apply for federal use. The team found great alignment!
